Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations across India.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Saturday)
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information
Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order value
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1500
- Express Shipping: Available at additional cost for faster delivery
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the courier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at alsayeedperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
